Dear Friends,

It is my pleasure to inform you about Agritechnics Holding. We began our activity in Georgia in 1998 as Agritechnics LLC dealing mainly with the import and distribution of food products. I remember this period to be quite a challenging experience for myself as well as for the company. We entered this new market when it was still in the very early stages of an open market economy with very unusual rules of the game. Nevertheless, I am proud to state that despite the rigorous challenges that we faced, our company managed to establish itself firmly as a reliable and trustworthy partner and to expand its operation in several new fields.

Agritechnics Holding is a firmly established structure, benefiting our staff, partners and the Georgian society, and therefore significantly contributing to Georgia's economy. We are proud to be active in numerous organizations, serve on various committees and contribute with our time, energy and skills to the welfare of Georgia and its people.

We believe in Georgia and in its prosperous future. The local culture and its rich tradition of warm human relations keeps us emotionally attached and dedicated to the country and its people. We are fully convinced that a strong private sector is the base for a successful state and we always strive to contribute to the building of a healthy business environment.

We are keen to maintain the good practice of having our staff share our common beliefs and commitments, therefore operating in the same spirit. We see our companies as part of one big family. It is very important for me to make sure that our family members feel at ease and therefore enjoy doing their work.

Being raised in a family with a strong tradition of doing transparent and ethical business, I strive to keep those values in a business world where money has become the master and values have turned into a handicap. Honesty and generosity, trust and concern are the key words in our daily business life. We generate profit for the welfare of people around us. I deeply believe that wealth is a gift of God and should therefore be redistributed to the people around.
